Reflectscape
This is a permanent public furniture near TOKYO SKY TREE which is the highest tower of Japan. As a part of creating a cluster of public arts in the area, we made "Reflectscape".
It is a tool to afford interaction between the huge de-humanised scale tower and visitors.
"Reflectscape" transforms the huge tower into friendly place where everybody can reach through the path in the convex mirror.
Commissioned by Sumida ward and Taito ward in Tokyo, Construction: ANS, Inc.,
A group work in collaboration with Craft (Metal hammering) Department and Design Department,
Tokyo University of the Arts.
